An Open Door at Christmas

This Christmas, a church made the courageous move to invite the members of a local mosque to attend Christmas services. These visitors showed up in droves, taking up a third of the seats!

We are so proud of this church. It is located in a Christian-minority city. They are willing to take initiative to treat their neighbors kindly and gently, thinking of others more than themselves.

In the weeks leading up to this special service, the church raised money to provide for a meal with their visitors after the service. But times are hard, and the church was only able to raise about a third of the funds needed.

With your generosity, we were thrilled to provide the rest. Everyone got to eat. Thank you for supporting efforts by believers to shine light in hard places.
