Our leadership team has almost 40 years of combined experience living and working in some of the poorest, most volatile parts of the world. Each team member has learned a local language fluently (many of us more than one!) and each of us has invested large portions of our lives in getting to know the worldview of the cultures in which we serve. We have built, and continue to build, relationships with trusted local leaders who are integral to making the work happen. Their input and participation is valued and incorporated in every project from inception to completion.
